Can I browse golf equipment on FairwayX?
The FairwayX app is the place to browse listings and review seller-provided details.
Can I make an offer?
Yes. Buyers can submit offers in the app and sellers can accept, reject or counter them.
Does accepting an offer complete a purchase?
No. It records agreement only. It does not create an order, take payment or mark the listing as sold.
Can I pay online through FairwayX?
No. Checkout and online payment are still in development.
Is buyer protection active?
No. Buyer protection is a planned feature and is not currently operational.
How is delivery arranged?
Sellers set their available delivery and collection options. They currently arrange their own postage; confirm the arrangements with the seller.
Can I collect an item?
Some listings offer free local collection. Availability is shown on the listing; arrange details directly with the seller.
